What fees does Tufund charge?
Tufund charges a total of at most 4.5% on all campaigns. This includes a 2% platform fee and 2.5% for payment processing.
How long can my fundraising campaign run?
You can set your campaign duration anywhere from 1 to 60 days, depending on your fundraising goals and timeline.
When will I receive my funds?
For successful campaigns, funds are typically disbursed within 5-7 business days after your campaign ends, directly to your provided bank account or mobile money.
